Chief Executive Officer

Brian has over 10 years of C-level executive experience in high growth entrepreneurial privately held companies. His industry leadership as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations, and President ranges from real estate holding companies, consumer product manufacturing, distribution, online marketing and technology firms. His solid foundation as a registered CPA with a Big 4 consulting firm set the stage to deliver high level strategies and to implement tactically by managing to metrics and return on investment. He has marketed for over a thousand different offers driving over a billion dollars in client revenue and tens of millions of unique visitors a month. Through his leadership he has grown startups to $30 million in revenue, negotiated the sale and acquisitions of businesses, and expanded organizations into a global marketplace. Brian currently serves on the Indiana University Northwest Economic Advisory Board and is an Alumni Ambassador of Ball State University.

Joe is a seasoned executive with 20years of agency experience building and driving revenue for brands including The Thermos Company, Master Lock, Nissan Forklift, Sharpie, and Huggies. In 2000, he co-founded CyberCE, Inc., an internet-based distance learning company that provided both live and self-paced continuing education content for medical associations. Currently Joe owns a Management & Marketing Consulting Firm called BreakAway Performance Group. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer in the College of Business Administration at Valparaiso University.

Mark is a graduate of Bachelor of Science and Computer Engineering. He is an experienced Software Engineer with 5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET Technologies. He specialized in Object Oriented and Database Design and Analysis based on Software Development Life Cycle. He has involved in development of Windows, Web Application and Web Services.

Dan Kudrna

Chief Revenue Officer

Dan has over 11 years of sales experience and over 20 years of management experience. For the last 10 years, Dan has led various district and regional teams for AFLAC in Missouri, Pennsylvania and Indiana. He has a strong record of building solid relationships with his team and clients and first rate customer service. Previously, he worked with an aerospace manufacturing company where he secured a Brazilian Aerospace Company, Embraer, as a client resulting in several multi-million dollar contracts. Dan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served 9 years on active duty in various leadership positions. He is a rated aviator with most of his flight time in the UH-60 Blackhawk, UH-1 (Huey) Iroquois and Bell 206 Jet Ranger. He currently serves in the Indiana Army National Guard. Dan is fluent in Portuguese, is on the board with the Rotary Club of Valparaiso, and is an advisor to Ivy Tech’s business program.

Mr. Hirschi has been integral in implementing marketing campaigns which have achieved record results and increased clients sales by over $40 million. He has worked with clients including NordicTrack, CNBC University, eBay University, Armando Montelongo Companies, Gold’s Gym, Pro-Form, Business Week Investor Education, Corinthian Colleges and others. Mr. Hirschi holds a BA in Finance from Utah State University.
